Weifang Vocational College of Engineering

Weifang Engineering Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a pilot college for recruiting non-commissioned officials, a well-known school that trains talents with special characteristics in Shandong province, and a higher vocational college in Shandong construction project. It was founded by the British Christian Church in 1881. In 1978, Shandong Yidu Normal School was changed to Changwei Normal School. It was renamed Weifang Education College in 1983 and was approved as the first vocational education in Shandong Province in 1998. In 2010, it was converted into Weifang Engineering Vocational College with the approval of the provincial government.
