Shandong University of Technology (SHT), founded in 1956, is a key university of science and engineering in Shandong Province, located in Zibo City, the birthplace of Qi culture with a long history. The university covers an area of 240 hectares, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. At present, the university has 25 schools and 11 university-level research institutes, with over 33,300 full-time undergraduate students and over 2,900 graduate students. The university has a complete talent training system for bachelors, masters and doctors. It offers 70 undergraduate programs, 48 master's programs and 4 doctoral programs. The university has established friendly and cooperative relations with nearly 90 universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Russia, New Zealand and other countries, and has carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation in Sino-foreign cooperative education, exchange of teachers and students, and scientific research cooperation. Shandong University of Technology has dormitories for international students of different specifications and conditions.
