Qingdao Binhai University, established in 1992, was approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China as a vocational school in 1999, and was upgraded to a private undergraduate university in 2005. It has been approved by the National Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs to invite foreign experts, and to recruit international students by Shandong Provincial Education Department. Qingdao Binhai University is located at Qingdao Economic &Technological Development Zone, which enjoys beautiful scenery and pleasant climate all the year round. The school is rich in academic information, convenient in traffic, and colorful in campus life. Qingdao Binhai University covers an area of 1,015 mu (680.05 hectares), whose floor area is about 470,000 square meters with advanced teaching facilities. Now, there are 16,000 full-time students, among whom more than 100 international students are studying in the university. In addition, there are 1,200 faculty, 70% of whom have got intermediate and senior grade titles. Nearly 20 foreign experts and teachers from Australia, Italy, Argentina, Philippine, Russia, Germany, France, Japan and South Korea work in the university. Altogether there are 12 colleges and schools, which provide more than 60 specialties involving arts, science, finance, education and medicine. Chinese and undergraduate courses are provided to international students.

Application procedure

3)Those who have got the OFFER may apply for his or her X1 visa in Chinese Embassy with the documents we have sent to you.
4）To go to the hospitals designated by the Chinese embassy or consulate to have physical examination. Medical check project list can be find at《foreigner physical examination project》.
5)After receiving X1 visa, please inform the university the date of entrance （Students need to come to China within the required time of the OFFER. Anyone who cannot enroll within the required time for special reasons must inform the school in advance to get permission to put off his or her enrolling time.)

Types
Short-period training course is mainly for those who come to China during their holidays or spare time to visit the scenic spots and historic relics in China. We help them correct their pronunciation and expressions and know about HSK.
Medium- and long-term classes are mainly for those who would like to improve their daily Chinese, the Chinese competence, and HSK test-taking ability.
Three or four levels of the class are provided for different periods: introductory class, primary class, intermediate class and advanced class. The courses are provided as follows:

Learning periods
Short-term learning lasts for one month, medium-and long-term learning for at least one semester; anyone who has special requirements can be arranged to learn Chinese. If any groups want to learn Chinese in our school, we may make proper arrangement for them.
Enrolling requirements and conditions
Those who have had 12-year schooling or similar education; Those who are aged from 18 to 60;
Those who have good healthy status.
